Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. Come build your career with BAE Systems.Environmental Test Tech:The individual selected for this position will support Microwave Production on a variety of products. The selected individual will Perform Environmental Stress Screening (Drop Shock, Temperature Cycle and Burn-In) in support of the production lines in the Microwave North Factory. They will perform calibration and validation on ESS equipment and fixtures. Support Engineering with debug and evaluation of Production and System Return hardware. Identify areas for process improvements in the ESS area, driving the factory quality, cost and schedule.Computer competency and English literacy is required to ensure the candidate will be capable of following instruction/safety guidelines.Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $45320 - $72490Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
