Quadrille.As a sales professional on this team, you are responsible
for the acquisition and launch of new accounts in the Mid-Market
segment. You will qualify largely outbound opportunities as well as
inbound leads. You'll lead with consultative selling to fully
diagnose a company's "food for work" needs and demonstrate how
ezCater can serve as their all-in-one solution. You'll work to
ensure their first 90 days as a client are successful. We'll
provide tools, training, and an inclusive environment to grow and

You'll Do:
- Earn the business of Mid-Market companies across the United
States within key industries leading with curiosity, challenging
the status quo, and positioning ezCater as the premier solution for
Food for Work.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities by uncovering the needs
of not only the individual prospect but their organization as a
whole when working both outbound call lists as well as working
inbound leads.
- Become a food for work visionary by showcasing how ezCater's
unique value proposition shines for companies and organizations in
our key verticals.
- Quickly identify a prospect's buyer persona and tailor the
conversation to what is most important for them when considering
their food for work needs.
- Provide engaging demonstrations that show users how our
Corporate Solutions offering solves for the prospect's needs.
- Effectively win business by gaining commitment that the
organization will adopt a Corporate Solutions offering and maintain
account qualifications expectations.
- Own the account's relationship with ezCater for their first 90
days in order to maintain consistency in the client experience,
ensure the account has successfully activated meets minimums, and
quickly act on expansion opportunities early in their
adoption.
- Use multiple channels to connect with prospects leveraging
social, phone, email, and some potential in-person events.
- Utilize a set of tech tools daily such as Hubspot, Salesforce,
Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.What You Have:
- 3+ years of professional experience as an Account Executive
with a demonstrated track record of achieving expected
results.
- Experience with selling workplace technology solutions.
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders throughout the
sales process.
- Experience in prospecting and winning multi-location accounts
across multiple industries and verticals.
- Experience nurturing newly won accounts through their initial
onboarding period.
- Experience partnering with Business Development Representatives
teams (BDR) to target accounts and accelerate top-of-the-funnel
sales activities.
- Proactive and strategic outbound sales process to approach new
target accounts and generate interest in ezCater's offering with
influencers and decision-makers at the organization.
- Administrative agility: the ability to be highly organized and
self-accountable in all areas of your work both internal-facing
with colleagues, as well as external-facing with prospects and
clients.
- Passion for sales: a natural curiosity and set of conversation
skills that enable you to feel confident speaking with prospects
and challenging the status quo.
- Demonstrated coachability: showcasing a desire for continuous
learning and professional development.
- Impactful communication: allowing you to move business forward
with the use of stellar written and interpersonal skills.

and your team.The national cash compensation range for this role is
a base salary of $75,000 with a variable component of $40,000 for
an on-target earnings of $115,000 per year.*Please note: Final
offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior
experience, expertise, and region & may vary from the amount above.

(such as equity, 401K, or medical, dental, or vision
