Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.
This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills. Will be responsible for: Reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.



Experience:

At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function. Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.



Education:

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
RI Pharmacy Technician License
